Our founder, Rhonda J. Greenhaw, MA, BCBA, LBA, IBA, is an internationally recognized clinician, author, and autism mom. Her daughter, Alana, was her first teacher. Alana's experiences, and the lived experiences of hundreds of autistic people Rhonda has had the honor of working with throughout her career have evolved into therapeutic practices that are trauma-informed and assent-based. Understanding that the individual has to connect with internal motivation and learn how to listen to their own body, advocate for what their body needs, and develop the intrinsic motivation necessary to be the amazing human beings they are becoming.
