We are building the ABA practice I wish my daughter had.
We are reconceptualizing what ABA should be — built around the most powerful force for human change: the person's own motivations, strengths, and interests. The Empowerment Model is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in autonomy, communication, self-determination, and self-accommodation. We teach self-advocacy. We work from assent, not compliance.
And we help people name their own goals in their own words — because no one was ever truly transformed by someone else's idea of who they should be.

Vision
We see a world in which disabled people decide the shape of their own lives — where their dreams matter, and where the world meets them with validation, resources, and a fundamental belief in their capacity to pursue each and every one.
Mission
My Time 2 Launch delivers neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed ABA in the places where life actually happens — home, school, work, and community. Guided by the Empowerment Model, we begin from each person's own motivations, teaching self-advocacy and self-accommodation that make a self-determined life possible, at every age.
Core Values

Neurodiversity-Affirming
Disability is a natural part of human diversity, and humanity is richer for it.
Trauma-Informed
The world is often harmful to disabled people. We center empathy, healing, and kindness.
Assent-Based
Our clients are the experts on themselves. Their decisions determine when we start, when we stop, and the direction we go
Motivation-Driven
Our clients' interests, strengths, and drive determine each and every goal.

Self-Accommodation
Environments aren't built for everyone. We teach people to use self-regulation, technology, and supports to make the world work for them.
Self-Advocacy
Communication in accessible, empowering forms provides the power to stop abuse and coercion, ask for what is needed, and build the life of their own dreams.
