Rhonda J. Greenhaw
Founded By: Rhonda J. Greenhaw of MyTime2Launch
For over fifteen years, Rhonda J. Greenhaw has been a leading advocate for autism support, blending her expertise as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with her experience as the mother of a young adult on the spectrum. A former Professional Fellow with the U.S. State Department’s Empowerment Project and former Director of the Hussman Center for Adults on the Autism Spectrum at Towson University, she champions a neurodiversity-focused approach to ABA. Her innovative Empowerment Model moves beyond traditional deficit-based methods, promoting self-advocacy, growth, and acceptance while providing practical, evidence-based strategies for families from diagnosis through adulthood.
Through compassionate insights and real-life examples, Rhonda helps families implement ABA in a way that aligns with neurodiversity and strengthens family bonds. She provides services nationally and internationally, with direct support in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, and north Atlanta. Her upcoming book, *Empowering Families: A Neurodiversity Approach to ABA Parent Training*, soon available on Audible, offers families a practical guide to embracing neurodiversity in ABA practices.
